1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Personalized or custom-printed products are non-refundable unless there is a printing error on our part.
  • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within [7] days of receiving your order.
2. Return Process

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
3. Refund Process
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within [15] business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Incase of refund approved . The refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 days.
  • Replacement product will be delivered with 7 days.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Custom-printed products with no printing errors.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or not in their original condition.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
