All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
International customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.
No refunds are issued for personalized or custom-printed products unless there is a printing error on our part.

6. Returns & Exchanges
